The goal of LEADS INSTITUTE fostered collaboration is not simply information sharing, deliberation, or reaching a consensus, but actual integrated action from a range of different actors. LEADS encouragement of self-differentiation opens the door to the possibility of niche knowledge and learning contributions, which means that participants in today’s globalized world may aspire to promote a better integration of purpose within an increasingly fragmented environment.
All of our activities and projects seek to make the development of enduring partnerships the primary deliverable and enduring element. We focus on empowering communities of practice (COPs) that offer new, disruptive possibilities for next-generation configuration of strategy, structure, technology, and leadership styles in order to promote peace building and global security in the decades ahead.
